Sundae Stroll--cancelled

Boooooo. The rainy weather foiled my plans for the day! The plan was to get on my bike, bring the camera and just get lost. I haven't been able to do that in ages. Instead, I think I'll spend a little more time getting acquainted with blogger, order a book for my advanced Shakespeare class and have some tea. I also see a few episodes of Bones and a little crocheting in the crystal ball for today!

Aside from my secret Christmas present project this is the other blanket I'm working on:

I have a looong ways to go on this blanket!

  1. That looks amazing! I spent a ton of money on crochet supplies cause I want to learn so bad, but teaching myself hasnt been working out so well. I'm determined to be good at it someday :)

  2. I learned to crochet when i was really young, but Becky (Strumpet's Crumpets) has a video teaching granny squares. Maybe if you learned those, it might make it easier to learn the rest.
